Mike is an associate attorney with ten years of experience representing clients in a variety of business and employment litigation matters with an eye towards creative solutions that deliver value and meet each client’s business needs and objectives. He represents businesses in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, PAGA, class actions, fraud, breach of contract, fraudulent conveyance, breach of fiduciary duty, and many other business and employment torts. He has first and second chair trial experience in state and federal court.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mike was counsel at one of the world’s largest labor and employment law firms, where he represented employers in court and arbitration against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodation, wrongful termination, and defamation. Previously, he represented a prominent Los Angeles hotel company in various employment, franchise, professional responsibility, and construction matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration.
Mike regularly advises on workplace investigations, terminations, training, policies and procedures, wage and hour compliance, and other pressing issues facing a wide range of businesses, including startups, non-profits, franchises, and more.
He referees youth basketball for the Santa Monica YMCA and rides the highs and lows of the Trojans, Dodgers, Lakers, and Dolphins.
