Nicole Kirkilevich

Nicole Kirkilevich is an associate of the Firm. Her practice focuses on employment and business litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Nicole worked in the business affairs department for original programming at Starz, where she drafted a large variety of entertainment production agreements. Nicole was also a law clerk at the prominent appellate law firm Horvitz & Levy, where she edited state and federal appellate briefs.

Nicole is the author of Expanding Territorial Bounds: The Recognition Doctrine after Zivotofsky v. Kerry, 49 Loy. L.A. L. Rev., 533 (2016).

While at Loyola Law school, Nicole was a senior production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She was a member of Loyola’s 2015 international arbitration team which competed in the VIS International Arbitration Competition in Vienna. Nicole also was an extern for the Board of Equalization’s Tax Appeal’s Assistance Program.

Nicole received her B.A. in Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District.
