Elizabeth Harrier

Overview

Elizabeth Harrier represents employers in complex labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts while also advising clients on workplace compliance and risk management. Her practice includes wage and hour class actions, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes.

Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to her practice, having represented both employees and employers throughout her career. Her experience on both sides of employment litigation provides valuable insight into the strategies and arguments advanced by opposing counsel, enabling her to develop practical, strategic solutions that help employers minimize risk and effectively resolve workplace disputes.
