After completion of arbitration, won motion to dismiss remaining Private Attorney General Act representative claims, and then successfully moved to recover costs based on win.
Prevailed in reported decision in Southern District of California on motion to compel arbitration and stay class action arising under FLSA and California Labor Code claims, compelling arbitration on individual basis and staying entire case pending determinative Supreme Court decision.
